Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website, booking any consultation, class, webinar, or ordering any product. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, contacting us, booking any service, joining any class or webinar, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer as displayed on the website from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Nature of Services

We provide astrology, Nakshatra Nadi, tarot, spiritual healing, havans/rituals, spiritual coaching, online classes, webinars, and related products for spiritual, educational, and guidance purposes only.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Any decisions you take based on our guidance are your personal responsibility.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; or
  • You are using our services with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel the request is inappropriate, abusive, or against our values and policies.

Bookings, Classes & Webinars

All consultations, havans, classes and webinars are provided only after prior booking and successful payment.

  • Details of timing, mode (online/offline), and duration are shared on WhatsApp or email.
  • Students are expected to attend all live classes and webinars. Recordings are not provided.
  • If a student misses a live session, that class is considered missed. We may share notes or key points, but we are not responsible to repeat the session.

We may reschedule any session in case of our own emergency, festival, technical issue, or unavoidable reason. In such cases we will give you a new date/time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Our general policy is:

  • You may request rescheduling of a consultation or service appointment at least 5 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Requests made later than 5 hours before the scheduled time may be treated as a missed appointment, without any reschedule.
  • For classes and webinars, rescheduling for individual students is normally not possible as sessions are conducted for the whole group.
  • If we have to reschedule due to our own reason, we will provide an alternate time. No refund will be given, but your booking will be carried forward.

Payments & Non‑Refundable Fees

All fees for consultations, services, classes, webinars, and products must be paid in advance through the official payment modes shared by us.

  • A payment is considered valid only when it is successfully credited and cleared in our bank account.
  • We are not responsible for payments that are on hold, pending, reversed, or uncleared by any bank or payment gateway.
  • For all services, classes and webinars, there is no refund once payment is made.
  • For products, there is no cancellation or refund once an order is placed, except in verified cases of damage as explained on the Refund Policy page.
Before paying, you should clarify all your doubts about the service, course, webinar, or product by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the payment is done, it is treated as final and non‑refundable.

Products, Shipping & Damage Claims

When you order physical products such as gemstones, rudraksha or other spiritual items, we arrange packing and shipping through reliable courier partners.

  • Normal delivery time within India is up to 15 days, depending on location and courier conditions.
  • There is no refund or return option for products once they are ordered, except when the product is proven to be damaged on delivery.
  • If a parcel looks damaged, you must record an unboxing video before opening and contact our team with that video.

If our team verifies from the video and evidence that the product was truly delivered in a damaged condition, we may replace the product or provide a refund at our sole discretion. If we cannot verify the damage or there is no clear unboxing video, your request may be rejected.

Use of Website & Content

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is for personal and non‑commercial use only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute our content without our written permission.
  • You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to us or to other users.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or data.

Disclaimer of Guarantees

Astrology, tarot, spiritual healing, and related practices are interpretative and intuitive in nature. While we work with sincerity, experience and prayer, we do not guarantee any specific outcome in your life.

  • All predictions, guidance, and advice are given based on the information you share and our understanding of spiritual systems.
  • You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.
  • Our services should not be treated as a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.

By using our services, you agree that you are seeking spiritual and educational guidance only, and that you will use your own judgment before taking any major decision.

Limitation of Liability
