Refund Policy
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking any consultation, class, webinar, or ordering any product. By making a payment, you agree to the conditions mentioned below.
General Principle
Our services and products are highly personalised, time‑based, and spiritual in nature. For this reason, we follow a very strict no‑refund policy, with only one limited exception for damaged physical products (explained below).
Consultations, Services & Havans
This includes all astrology consultations, spiritual guidance, healing sessions, havans, pooja, and related services.
- Fees for all services are payable in advance through the official payment details shared by us.
- There is no refund for any consultation, spiritual service, or havan once the payment has been made.
- You may request rescheduling of an appointment at least 5 hours before the scheduled time, subject to our availability.
- If you fail to attend a confirmed appointment and did not request rescheduling within the allowed time, the service will be treated as delivered and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
Classes & Webinars
This includes all paid courses, training programs, and paid webinars conducted by us.
- All classes and webinars are conducted live. We do not provide recordings for any course or webinar.
- There is no refund for any class or webinar fee once payment is made.
- If a student misses a live class or webinar for any reason, that session is considered missed. We may share notes and key points, but we are not responsible to repeat the session or refund the fee.
- In case we have to reschedule a session due to our own emergency, festival, technical issue, or unavoidable reason, we will provide a new date/time. No refund will be given, but your booking will be carried forward.
All students are strongly advised to ask their questions about the course or webinar in advance on WhatsApp before paying, because fees are strictly non‑refundable.
Payments on Hold, Pending or Uncleared
A payment is considered valid only when it is successfully credited and cleared in our bank account.
- We are not responsible for payments that are on hold, pending, reversed, failed, or uncleared by any bank or payment gateway.
- If your payment is stuck or reversed by the bank, you must contact your bank or payment provider directly. We cannot refund money that has not actually reached our account.
Product Orders (Gemstones, Spiritual Items, etc.)
This section applies to all physical products ordered through our website or directly with us, such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, spiritual kits, and other items.
- Once a product order is placed and payment is made, there is no cancellation and no refund, except in verified cases of damage during delivery.
- Orders are usually delivered within 15 days inside India, depending on your location and courier conditions.
Damaged Product – Replacement or Refund (Conditional)
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged from outside, you must:
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the parcel in its original condition, opening of the packaging, and the product inside.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery and share the unboxing video and photos with us.
Our team will review the video and evidence. If we are satisfied that:
- the product was genuinely damaged during delivery, and
- the damage is visible and clearly shown in the unboxing video,
then, at our sole discretion, we may either:
- send a replacement product of the same type, or
- initiate a refund for the product amount.
If there is no proper unboxing video, if you contact us after 24 hours, or if our team concludes that the product is fine and not damaged, your request may be rejected. In such cases, there will be no refund or replacement.
No Refund for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after booking a consultation, service, class, webinar, or product.
- You decided you no longer want to attend a session after payment.
- You no longer want the product after it has been ordered and dispatched, unless it is proven damaged as per the conditions above.
- You disagree with or are unhappy with guidance or predictions provided during a consultation or class.
Spiritual and astrological guidance is interpretative in nature, and we cannot guarantee any specific life outcome. Your decisions and actions are always your own responsibility.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Provide all relevant proof of service or shipment to contest the claim.
- Refuse any future services, classes, webinars, or product orders.
We encourage you to contact us directly on WhatsApp or email to resolve any issue in a fair and honest manner before involving banks or external platforms.
Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute or claim related to payments, refunds, or products will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula and the Chandigarh High Court, India.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The updated version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
