In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Shree Trishakti Jyotish and Sadhana Samiti, an MSME‑registered and ISO‑certified private spiritual and educational practice based in India.

We provide astrology consultations, spiritual guidance, havan/ritual services, healing sessions, online classes, webinars, and related spiritual products.

  • Contact details – name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address.
  • Booking details – preferred date/time, type of service, course or webinar you are interested in.
  • Astrology/spiritual details – date, time and place of birth, questions, and information you choose to share for consultations or classes.
  • Address – when needed for product delivery or invoicing.
  • Payment‑related details – transaction reference, screenshot, or confirmation shared by you. Card/UPI details are processed by the bank or payment gateway, not stored by us.

When you visit our website, basic technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

How We Communicate With You

Our primary communication channels are WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS and email. By contacting us or booking a service, class, webinar, or product, you agree that we may contact you for:

  • Confirmation and details of your booking or order.
  • Session reminders, rescheduling messages, and important updates.
  • Sharing notes, key points, and other learning material.
  • Clarifying your questions and providing support.

You may request fewer non‑essential messages, but essential transactional communication cannot be stopped while you are an active client or student.

Payments and Bank Handling

Payments for services, classes, webinars, and products are accepted only through the official payment details or links shared by us.

  • A payment is treated as received only when it is successfully credited and cleared in our bank account.
  • If a payment is on hold, pending, reversed, or uncleared by the bank or payment gateway, we do not consider it as a valid payment and we are not responsible for such bank‑side issues.
  • You are responsible for checking your transaction status and ensuring the payment is complete before assuming your booking is confirmed.

Because our fee structure is strictly non‑refundable (see Refund Policy), we strongly advise you to ask all questions on WhatsApp before making any payment.

Appointments, Classes & Rescheduling

We follow a strict time‑reservation system to respect the time of both our experts and our clients/students.

  • Consultations, havans, classes and webinars are confirmed only after successful payment and scheduling.
  • As per our current policy, there are no refunds for services, classes, or webinars once payment is made.
  • Clients may request rescheduling of service appointments at least 5 hours before the scheduled time. Requests later than that may be treated as a missed appointment.
  • Students are expected to attend live classes and webinars. If they miss a live session, that class is treated as missed. We may share notes and key points, but we do not provide recordings.
  • If we need to reschedule due to our own emergencies, holidays, or unavoidable situations, we will inform you and offer an alternate date/time.

Products, Orders & Delivery

When you order physical products (such as gemstones, rudraksha, and spiritual items), we process and ship them to the address you provide.

  • Orders are normally delivered within 15 days inside India, depending on location and courier conditions.
  • There is no refund or cancellation for any product once the order is placed, except in verified cases of damage (see Refund Policy page for full details).
  • If the parcel appears damaged, the customer must record an unboxing video before opening and contact our support team with the video.

Where our team verifies from the video and evidence that the product was delivered in a damaged condition, we may replace or refund the product at our discretion. If we cannot verify damage, the request may be rejected.

Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure and to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure.

  • Access to your data is limited to authorised team members.
  • We avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information wherever possible.
  • We keep digital records in protected devices and accounts with passwords and other basic safeguards.

While we do our best, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You agree that you share information with us at your own discretion.

Sharing of Information

We may share limited information with trusted third parties only in the following situations:

  • Service providers such as payment gateways, courier partners, and communication tools, strictly for fulfilling your requests.
  • When required by law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process.
